இனவாத பிரச்சாரத்தையும், முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு அச்சுறுத்தலையும் மேற்கொண்டு வரும் டன் பிரசாத்திற்கு எதிராக மூத்த சட்டத்தரணி சிராஸ் நூர்தீன் இன்று -22- வெள்ளிக்கிழமை 6 முறைபாடுகளை நீதிபதி லங்கா ஐயரத்தினவிடம் கையளித்துள்ளார்.
நிபந்தனை அடிப்படையில் தற்போது பிணையில் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள டன் பிரசாத் பிணை நிபந்தனைகளை மீறி செயற்பட்டுள்ளதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட நீதிபதி இதுபற்றி ஆராய்ந்து உனடியாக அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு பொலிசாருக்கு உத்தரவிட்டதுடன் டன் பிரசாத்தை நோக்கி மனிதாபிமான அடிப்படையிலேயே உனக்கு பிணை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனை நீர் மீறிச் செயற்பட்டால் பிணையில் வெளியே வரமுடியாதபடி விளக்கமறியலில் வைக்கப்படுவீர் என எச்சரித்துள்ளார்.
Case against Dan Priyasath came up for AG’s Advice. We brought to the notice with written proof to the court that, while on bail the suspect has committed similar offences and there are 6 subsequent complaints made against him. Copies of those complaints were sent to relevant police prior to today’s case.
Hon.Judge ordered police to investigate into those matters and file a report under Sec 14(a)iii of the Bail Act to cancel his bail. It was stressed to court by us on the impunity enjoyed by the said Dan Priyasath & danger he is causing to the country in whole. He was heavily warned by the Judge and police was directed to act swiftly on complaints made against him.
